Please also note that every effort is made to have a full range of product available. However, if due to circumstances beyond our control shortages occur, A Taste of the Region Pty Ltd reserves the right to offer a refund as appropriate or an equivalent replacement of equal or greater value.

We do not exchange or refund for change of mind or individual tastes. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, we will provide a full refund once the product has been returned to us by COD (cash on delivery).
