St Regis Estate winery and vineyard logoSituated on the corner of Princes Highway and Anglesea Road as you head west out of Geelong, St Regis is a familiy owned winery specialising in estate-grown Shiraz, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. St Regis also produce a 'wild fermet' Reserve Pinot Noir and Shiraz. Situated on a north facing, well sheltered hillside, the vines grow in a limestone based rich red-brown soil and produce fruit of intense flavour. The wine displays the distinct qualities unique to this site ; small crop levels and traditional wine making techniques are used, combined with an extended period of post ferment maceration. Maturation is for 12 months in select, fine grain French oak.

Each year the harvest is handpicked by family and friends and all St Regis wines are made by Peter Nicol on site, using traditional wine making methods and only the fruit grown in their vineyard.

The Cellar Door is open 7 days a week, 10am to 5:30pm. Enjoy a taste of distinctive, lively, award winning wines in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, overlooking the vineyard with sweeping views across the Waurn Ponds valley to Geelong.

The St Regis label features "Reg" - he's a saint, and keeps the rabbits on their toes!
