The Order Process

  • Browse

You browse the available items, choosing from the categories (eg. wine, olive oil, jam) and as you come across those you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to cart"
  • Select & Add to cart

You will be taken to your virtual (online) shopping cart so that you can see what you have chosen so far, and the total cost. If you'd like to amend the quantities of any item in the cart, you can do so by changing the quantity number and clicking "Update".
  • Continue browsing

Click "Continue shopping" to return to the online store.
  • Checkout

When you have selected all the products you desire, if necessary click on the numer of items next to "Shopping Cart" under our banner images to go to your cart. Double-check you have all that you want and in the right quantities, then click "Checkout"
  • Login or Create account

You will change to an encrypted connection between you and our server, to ensure that all your personal details remain confidential. If you have shopped with us before, you will have an account already along with your email address and a login password - simply enter your email address and password, and your details will be retrieved. If you have not shopped with us before, you will need to create an account - but don't worry, this is straightforward and only requires the information we need to be able to send your order to you (or your gift recipient) and to keep in contact with you about your order.
  • Fill in order details

Once logged in to the checkout system, complete the steps as guided by the system to enter the delivery address, and to choose a payment system - if you select Paypal Express, you will be taken to the Paypal login page, if you select Proceed to Checkout you will be emailed an invoice which includes payment information such as our bank account details. Your order will be received by us immediately either way, but we will not despatch any goods until full payment has been received and cleared to our account.
