It has to be said that Spring is the most 'delicious' season in my books. Every sense is woken up after Winter; the blossoms delight visually, you can literally hear things growing, and without a doubt Spring delivers some of the most delectable treats for the palate.

Fresh spears of asparagus, plump strawberries and Spring greens couldn’t be better - well, except with the addition of a drizzle of Vino Cotto of course!
